  • Apartment Specifications

    Each two-bedroom unit comes fully inclusive of:

    1. More than 600 square feet of living space;

    2. Two (2) bedrooms with built-in closetry

    3. One (1) full bathroom;

    4. Central tankless water heating;

    5. Water reservoir and automatic water pump system;

    6. Secured parking for 1 vehicle;

    7. One, two and three-year lease options.

    NB: Electricity is paid by the tenant

  • Reservation Terms and Conditions

    1. Securing an Executive Apartment rental requires an online reservation at https://simplecitysolutions.wixsite.com/properties
    2. Online reservations require the immediate payment of a US $1,240.00 deposit to secure the selected Study Suite.
    3. The Reservation Deposit of US $1,240.00 includes your first month's rent of US $620.00 and an equivalent Security Deposit of US $620.00.
    4. Online Reservation Deposits are 100% non-refundable, and are forfeited if a tenant decideds to cancel their booking or does not show-up to commence their rental lease.
    5. Within 72 hours of effecting an online Reservation, prospective tenants must sign and return a 1-Year Rental Lease Agreement and a copy of their Passport Biodata Page to the landlord.
    6. Apartment Units that remain unoccupied for 1 week after the agreed tenancy date, without written communication from the new tenant, will be relisted as availble.
